The Advanced Aerodynamics & Structures Inc. was an American airplane manufacturer, that was created 1990 by Darius Sharifzadeh, Carl L. Chen and Roy Norris. First the company in Burbank, California worked and pulled then 1998 after Long Beach.

The company developed, being based on an idea Chens, low-priced corporate aircraft in duck airplane interpretation and tail engine, the so-called Jetcruizer series. There were also plans for a small jet.

Despite the long development time no series production could be begun.

2002 took over Mooney the company. She came as Mooney Aerospace Group Ltd. to the company. Mooney decided however the own to further pursue rather conventional business aircraft line. Thereupon the construction and the plants for the Jetcruizer series were sold in February 2004 at Innova aircraft. In May the remaining Mooneyanteile was sold to the all getting thing Finance. Despite everything the company had to finally stop their enterprise on 10 June 2004.
