The model of the achievement pyramid (English performance Pyramid) 1991 of Richard L. lynch and. CROSSes developed Kelvin F.

The conception of the achievement pyramid took place in the form that the company targets of the highest management level are made available on the following organizational units transferred and for each achievement level the necessary information. For the controlling of the organizational units both financial and not-financial characteristic numbers flow into the model.

Despite the different conception the model is connected, there close with the Balanced Scorecard the authors of the Balanced Scorecard (Kaplan/Norton) to influence on the performance Pyramid and lynches/to CROSSes for their part influence on the Balanced Scorecard took.

The performance Pyramid ranks the performance among Measurement systems.
