Administrative achievement are all results of the public administrative activity, by which you are fulfilled the assigned tasks. One differentiates according to Ellwein between invisible and visible administrative achievement.

The invisible administrative achievement is the largest part of the administration. In it the administrativeinternal will formation takes place, like e.g. Desk work and correspondence. This kind of the administrative achievement carries out itself in a multi-level system of discussion, tuning up to control.

Under visible administrative achievement one understands the results of the administration generally for the citizen visible is. E.G. Road construction, building of schools or child benefit.
