The administrative feed law (VwZG) regulates the form and the procedure of the feed for the federal authorities, the federaldirect bodies, institutes and donations of the public right and the national fiscal authorities in Germany.
The individual Lands of the Federal Republic issued own administrative feed laws, show these however usually contents identically or refer statically or dynamically to this Federal law.
After the novella 2005 the administrative feed law was substantially modernized. The regulations were not only adapted for electronic right traffic, also adjustments were made according to the changes in the civil feed procedure. In particular the a throw writing was taken out of the regulation.
The term of the administrative feed is new. If this presupposed the physical "delivery before 1 February 2006 still ", now "§ 1 of the law attaches 41 to the publication accordingly "§ administrative proceedings law. How practice will deal with this change, cannot be foreseen at present.
The special arrangement for the feed to officials was abolished, the legal text besides by 16 regulations on now ten was tightened.
