The German agrarianstructural Entwicklunglungsplanung (AEP) replaced 1994 the bad-RSR-structural Vorplanung (AVP). It is designated as agricultural special planning with a cross section character and is considered as Vorplanung in accordance with "§ 1 exp. 2 GAK law. Their execution is promoted with means of the federation countries joint task "„improvement of the agrarian structure and the coastal protection"” (GAK).

Contentwise the AEP contributes as informal instrument to secure on smallregional level the meaning of the agriculture for the rural area and its requirements for surface with other spaceimportant projects (e.g. To co-ordinate settlement development).
