Alexander Alexandrowitsch Bogdanow (Russian ; actually Alexander Alexandrowitsch Malinowski; * 10 August/22 August 1873 in Sokalko; "† 7 April 1928 in Moscow), by occupation physician, was a Russian philosopher, economist, a sociologist and an author of utopian novels. It became also admits under the name Maximow.

Biografie

In the nineties 19. Century took part he in the work of social-democratic circles in Tula. Since 1896 it was member of the SDAPR. After the IITH Party Congress of the SDAPR 1903 it followed the Bolsheviks. On the IIITH Party Congress 1905 he was selected to the member of the ZK. There it was responsible to member of the Finazgruppe and for the literature work.

It belonged to the editorship of the newspapers "“Vpered"” (forward), "“Proletari"” (the proletarian) and "“Novaja Zhisn'" (new life). It participated in the Vth (Londoner) Party Congress of the SDAPR. Between 1904-1906, he published three volumes of the philosophical work Empiriomonismus, in which he tried, marxism with philosophies of Ernst Mach, Wilhelm Ostwald, and Richard Avenarius to connect. Its later work affected many marxisitsche theoreticians, including Nikolai Bukharin. Against Bogdanovs Empiriomonismus wrote Lenin its philosophical writing materialism and Empiriokritizismus (1909).

To the revolution of 1905/1907 in Russia it came to ideological conflicts with Lenin. Bogdanov created 1909 the newspaper "“Vpered"” (forward) and stood at the point of the Otsowisten. Since it turned against the line of the party, it was excluded on the consultation of the extended editorship of the "“Proletari"” from the party. The wperjodistischen Bolsheviks understood themselves as the true Bolsheviks and had first just as much inlet like the Leninistic line. They created the party school in Capri 1909, which came by Maxim Gorki.

1913 it returned due to the amnesty to Moscow. it with Lunatscharski, Pokrovski, Bazarov and Skvorcov the Sozialisit academy for society sciences creates 1917. It becomes member of the commission for the translation and publication of the Marx angel works. Starting from 1918 it was one of the supervisors of the "“proletarian culture"” (Proletkult), in which its own culture and education movement should be made possible for the workers. Further it tried to provide its own organizational theory of the industriellen organization forms.

It was concerned also with futuristic narrations, which it published. Its novel the red star is a modern socialist utopia, in which also toolistic topics were present. Kim Stanley Robinson could be inspired for its novella red Mars by Bogdanov.

Briefly before the Ith world war created Bogdanov with its monumental Tektologie a theory broadly put on of the "“world-wide organization dynamics"”, those at the same time as system theory, when crisis and disaster theory, when theory of the lastingness can be considered and as global culture theory. An important request consisted it of protecting mankind falling below a cultural standard preventing that it comes downward to a global leveling and adjustment. He feared relapse of the civilizations into the elementary Barbarei.

Starting from 1920 he worked as a professor for political economics on the communist academy, starting from 1926 dressed he the post of a director of the institute for blood transfusions, created of him. It died 1928 with a scientific self attempt.
