Alexandros of Tralleis (* approx. 525; "† approx. 605) (Alexander latinisiert) was a Greek physician 6. Century. It originated from the smallasiatic city Tralleis, lived and worked however in Rome. Alexandros wrote a medical manual in twelve books, in which he treats internal illnesses (book 1-11) and fever (book 12). Besides it wrote over eye illnesses and intestinal worms. Alexandros, which faced miracle and people cures unlocked, relied despite its professional experience of many years particularly on older sources.
