Alfred fox (* 2 August 1870 in Prague, "† 5 October 1927 in Vienna) was a Austrian neurologist.

Fox studied in Prague and Vienna. In Purkersdorf it became 1900 assistant with Richard of Krafft Ebing and Julius Wagner Jauregg. 1905 it habilitierte itself in psychiatry and neurology. Up to its death it was active in Obersteiner the sanatorium in
