The American Broadcasting company (ABC) is a television and a radio network in the United States and belonged today to the Walt Disney company.

The enterprise developed 1943 from smashing for that national Broadcasting company (NBC) and carries the name ABC since 1945. 1985 ABC under substantial participation of Warren Buffett by the substantially smaller medium enterprise Capital Cities for the record sum at that time of 3.5 billion US-$ was taken over. The assumption of the new company Cap Cities/ABC by the Disney company took place 1996. The head office of ABC lies in Burbank, in direct proximity to the of Disney.

Transmissions with ABC

ABC sends - like also NBC and CBS - mainly to the timetime time from Monday to Saturday in each case between 20:00 clock and 23:00 clock (eastern time) and Sundays between 19:00 clock and 23:00 clock. At these times from September to May the Erstausstrahlungen of the "“own"” transmissions is radiated in each case. In addition belong among other things:
