Addr (close. American Depository Receipt often also American Depositary Receipt) is a certificate, which is issued by US-American Kreditinstitut, who took the underlying shares in Verwahrung.

ADRs serve the easement of business with foreign securities in the United States. Addr can be acted at an American stock exchange, without the corporation must undergo to the complete procedure of admission of the SECOND, which would be necessary for a stock exchange quotation otherwise.
