Anton Elfinger (* 15. 1821; "† 19. 1864) (alias Cajetan) was a Austrian physician and draughtsman.

Anton Elfinger is to 15. 1821 as a son of the pharmacist Josef Elfinger born. After its training at the academy of the forming arts pc. Anna it studied on pressure of its parents medicine and attained a doctorate 1845 to the Dr. med. to late became it a secondary physician with Ferdinand of Hebra. In that years 1849 to 1858 he was a draughtsman for medical technical literature, the Atlas of the skin diseases illustrated by him became a much considered work. Elfinger was also a much considered Cartoonist, which published Cajetan under the alias "„"“.
