The group consists of the individual societies Centrair, Cap Industries, Apex Industries and the marketing company Apex aircraft, which sells airplanes of the trade marks Robin manufactured in the group and alpha.

Apex took over 1988 the business of the Avions Pierre Robin with the well-known yodelling airplanes. 1997 came the manufacturer Avions Mudry also into the group.

At present (2004) about 160 coworkers are employed, who gain an annual turnover of 20 million euro. Per year about 60 airplanes are produced. Altogether the group supplies 4000 airplanes far far with spare parts and service offers.
