The Aquarius in at the Ruhr accommodates a water museum, which will maintain of Rheinisch water company company (RWW) in over 100 years an old, former water tower. 14 levels offer all erdenklichen, also interactive, information to the visitor on 30 stations about water.

A special attraction is the travel with the elevators by the water tank, which stored in former times 500,000 litres water.

High under monument protection the building standing 50 meters belongs to the route of the industrial culture.
