The first product was the ATR 42, whose prototype had its first flight on 16 August 1984. Starting from December 1985 the machine was series ripe and certified.

The advancement ATR 72 was presented to Paris Air Show on that 1985 and delivered starting from 1986.

In April 2000 the 600 became. Unit of an ATR airplane delivered - a ATR 72-500. Main customers are among other things PLUMB BOB, Thai Airways, Czech airlines, air new Zealand, Olympic airlines, Alitalia and Tarom.
