A branch is the address of a buyer. Business is partially independently partially dependently transacted by this.

A branch is spatially separate from the head office, represents however no own juridical personality. From it similar or homogeneous business as those is independently transacted the head office.

The director/conductor of a branch must be equipped with a power of attorney or an action authority by the enterprise, and it must lead the company of the enterprise with a special additive.
