Carl Reinhold August Wunderlich (* 4 August 1815 in Sulz at the Neckar; "† 25 September 1877 in Leipzig) was a German internalist.

Wunderlich was a professor in and Leipzig. He was joint founder of the physiological medicine and the constitution therapy. Wunderlich introduced the Fieberthermometer and the registration of the fever curve to the medicine.
