The carrier of public interests (or briefly working group) is a German legal term, which designates the responsible person economic and legal upper supervision and installation of the on the part of a "“public body in such a way specified"”, church or a roof federation over social mechanisms such as hospitals, or world-descriptive schools. In a closer sense "“carrier of public interests"” marks also authorities and places, whose hearing and inclusion are legally prescribed with certain (building) projects.

The employments of the aircraft are led from the directing center of the core carrier.
