Dr. med. Charlotte Mahler (* 4. November 1894, in Krippehna, Saxonia, "† 12. June 1973 in Frankfurt/Main) be of many years lady doctor to Frankfurt hospital, around whose reconstruction they itself after the second world war large earnings acquire.

The daughter of the minister Franz Mahler already lost its father with five years. Also their nut/mother deceased already 1919, for their daughter however the medical training had made possible. Charlotte Mahler made the doctor interior examination in the same year in resounds to the Saale its state examination, received to 1921 the license to practise medicine and existed two years later. Thereupon it worked further on the university resounds, however now as on the department for surgical Tuberkulose. 1926 changed it as to the university clinic Frankfurt, where she was appointed 1929 the at the surgical department. For several years upper lady doctor led it 1945 - 46 kommissarisch the surgical university clinic. 1946 habilitierte it with a work over "„lip, Kiefer, palate columns (360 operations) "“.

Of 1947 - 1964 managed it as a chief lady doctor the surgical department of the citizen hospital Frankfurt/Main.

It e.g. received numerous honors, like the honour plaque of Frankfurt or the large Distinguished Service Cross.

Charlotte Mahler specialized in operations of the abdominal cavity and the wolf throat in such a way specified with children. Charlotte Mahler left a care daughter.
