The China thinking coin is one to 10. May 1901 donated thinking coin to the military conflicts in Oastien between 1900 and 1901 under participation of the German armed forces.

The thinking coin is made of steel or bronze and shows on the front an eagle, which holds a kite in the catches, on the back the imperial signature mark, over it the emperor crown and with the thinking coin made of bronze the inscription: "“The victorious Streitern 1900 China 1901"”; with from steel: "“Earnings/services to the expedition to China"”. It is carried on the left chest at an orange, volume.

As well as the China thinking coin in bronze was present lent to in the military conflicts the members taken part of the German army and navy, to all persons of not-Chinese nationality, those in this time of the legation in Peking or at the consulate in Tien tsin to have belonged and to the task forces of the nursing for the sick active in the military hospitals and military hospital ships.

As well as the China thinking coin in steel lent to all persons, those in unusual way in the interest of the troops active were to the crews of German, to the troop transport, sent to Eastern Asia, ships chartered after Eastern Asia. It could be lent also member of allied troops.

China thinking coins were donated also in Italy (1901) and in France (1902).
