Christian Harald Lauritz Peter Emil bore (* 14 February 1855 in Copenhagen; "† 3 February 1911) was a Danish physiologist. After it the so-called drilling effect, which it discovered 1904, is designated. Its most well-known son was a physicist Niels bores, its son Harald was a mathematician.

After the study of the medicine at the university of Copenhagen from 1872 to 1878 it was appointed 1886 as a professor for physiology to the there university.
