Christian Friedrich William scooter (* 11 January 1802 in Pforzheim; " 4 January 1878 in Achern) was a German psychiatrist. He was founder and director/conductor of many years of the welfare and institute for care Illenau in Achern.
Christian Friedrich William scooter was secondaryborn of altogether seven children from the marriage of the physician Johann Christian scooter and Augusts Wilhelmine scooter, born Finner. The firstborn sister died as an infant, so that it as the oldest one with five brothers and sisters buildup. By small on its life was coined/shaped by the work of its father, who led the lunatic asylum from 1804 to death 1814 in Pforzheim. 1814 got sick it and its father at typhoid fever. Strongly affected by its study trip and the unsatisfactory conditions in Heidelberg, he supported together with the leader Friedrich Groos the new building of a larger and more modern institute. it represented the lunatic asylum to 1831 in its book "after all their relations ", how such is to be arranged, in order the requirements of current realizations and humanity to become fair.
1840 he married its cousin Christiane scooter. Together they had nine children, from whom three already died in recent years.
1842 became its conceptions reality, when the welfare and institute for care Illenau in Achern were opened. It led these up to its death 1878.
