The communism of the Konsumtion designates a social order or a restaurant way, in which all took part the same portion of the produced goods gotten. I.e. independently of who produced the goods or whom means of production to belong.

It concerns thus, contrary to the communism of Marxist coinage, not around the abolition of the capitalistic production way, but only a distribution equality. Karl Marx expressed himself in his writing "“criticism of the Gothaer of program design"” clearly against this communism of the Konsumtion. According to its opinion it concerns here if necessary a temporary improvement, which however structurally, and which means: over the question of the property, to be strengthened must.

An example of this order would be the distribution practice of the booty in the army of the Roman slave leader Spartacus. In this connection the term became also of the Soviet historian A.W. Mischulin in its Monographie "“Spartacus"” coined/shaped.
