By a cost note one understands the calculation of an attorney for its anwaltliche activity.

Minimum contents result from attorney remuneration law (RVG). Afterwards a cost note must be signatory by the attorney. It must be communicated to the client. The computation must contain the individual fees and displays, paid advances and the designation of the fee facts. Furthermore the numbers of the remuneration listing (RVG-VV) must be called. If the fees compute themselves after an article value, also this is to be indicated.
