The coworker discussion between high-level personnel and coworker is an instrument for the motivation and suitability statement. The coworkers are examined on the basis a form for their achievement or for the agreed upon goals. Both goal agreement and performance review can be linked with one another, this then as "“goal-oriented performance review"” are designated.
