The term of creative entrepreneurs was coined/shaped considerably by the Austrian people economist Joseph Schumpeter.

The entrepreneur as Innovator

For the first time one does not only see the entrepreneur as part of the organizational theory and also not only as carrier of the economic risk (arbitrage entrepreneur).

The creative entrepreneur is according to Schumpeter an important measured variable with the economic development. Therefore the restaurant process understands itself as discrete and dynamic change, which comes off particularly by entrepreneurs, who develop the market further again and again by new combinations of products and ideas. One calls this process in consequence innovation. Schumpeter differentiated these completely consciously from the bare invention (Invention).
