Cult OF the DEAD Cow (short cDc) is a group of hackers, which was created 1984 in Texas (the USA). The group drew 1998 for the publication of bakes Orifice responsible, a well-known Backdoor program, which was the first Trojaner of its kind for the operating system Windows. After this Trojaner had caused an enormous discussion wave over safety questions after its publication in the IRC and afterwards in the Internet, followed a whole number of further Trojaner of this kind, like e.g. SubSeven.
