Detlef Bernhard left one (* 1945 in Struwenberg (Brandenburg) (on the escape); "† 6 February 2005) was a German brain researcher.

Link studied medicine, philosophy and communication sciences. It attained a doctorate over psychomotor epilepsy and it wrote its Habilitation over the language centers of the brain.

Link was active at the University of Bonn in the specialist area brain research and neuro sciences. There he was since 1982 director/conductor of the department for neuro physiology and neurosurgical rehablitation. Admits became link to the public by a set of popular-scientific books in which it a criticism at the reductionism expressed in particular again and again.

Link was co-editor of the magazine Ethica. Science and responsibility.
