The discharge management (management also phase out) is concerned contrary to the approach management with the purposeful adjustment of the inventories of running out products to declining production numbers. The focus is thereby on logistics, in particular on the internal and external suppliers, to the original equipment Manufacturer (oem) as well as spare part nature (ET).
