Douglas McGregor (* 1906 in Detroit; " 1 October 1964 in Massachusetts) was a professor for management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (WITH). It is considered as one of the founder fathers of the contemporary management thought.
McGregor examined the coworker dynamics in enterprises. In its 1960 book The appeared human Side OF Enterprise presented it 10 principles, with whose assistance managers are to create a climate of enthusiasm and commitment in their enterprise, which affects Effiziens and market success directly.
