Edmond Henri Fischer (* 6 April 1920 in Shanghai, China) is an Switzerland/US-American biochemist.

it received 1992 together with Edwin G. Krebs the Nobelpreis for physiology or medicine "“for its discovery of the mechanisms, which steer the metabolic procedures in organisms"”.
