Tax scandal

Beginning of the 1980er years had the thermal bath entrepreneur pinches in relation to the tax office a tax liability of about 41 millions DM plus approx. 30 millions DM extra charges for late payment to be open. Pinch fled thereupon with its wife Angelika into Switzerland, while its son Johannes continued using the business of his father. The Bavarian Treasury struck down 1990 Eduard Zwicks tax liability at a value of 71 million DM against a payment of 8,3 million DM. The large renouncement of the Fiskus' of the complete sum due was charged to the good connections Zwicks to the Bavarian CSU (in the sense of the so-called "“Amigo"” - economics), in particular to the Prime Minister at that time Franz Josef bunch and the Secretary-General at that time of the CSU, Gerold Tandler.

Zwicks son Johannes was acquitted end of the 90's by the reproach its father during the evasion of taxes to have helped.
