The company Eduscho was created 1924 in Bremen von Eduard tuft, from dessem name also the company name deduces themselves. It produced at that time roasting coffee, which was sent away exclusively by post office to the customers. Briefly after the Second World War a reestablishment and a continuation of the direct supply took place. Later branches were added within Germany, starting from 1969 also into Austria.

Today Eduscho is a part of the Tchibo AG, which took over the company 1997.
