An enterprise condition is the whole of all regulations, by which the behaviors of an enterprise are arranged conscious in relation to other groups and institutions relevant for their behavior opposite their market partners and, as far as these regulations do not concern the market relationship. The enterprise condition regulates the purpose, the authority system and specifies the essential structure of the internal order of the enterprise.
