Ernst Heinrich William (* 21 September 1778 in Mellinghausen with Nienburg/Weser, district Diepholz, Lower Saxony; "† 29 June 1851 in Lueneburg, Lower Saxony) was a practical physician as well as land and Stadtphysikus.

Family

came of to an old family of Lower Saxony and was the son of the minister Conrad (1733-1811) and the EH Sophie Schulze (1739-1821).

He married Amalie Meyersiek in first marriage on 6 October 1803 in Rahden (circle Westphalia) (* 11 August 1786 in Rahden; + 5 November 1850 in Lueneburg), the daughter of the buyer Ludolf Meyersiek (1748-1804) and its second wife Karolina Baare (*1769).

Its son was Hermann d.„. (1815-1909), founders Hamburg trading ventures and private bank house & CO."” and master father of the well-known Hamburg branch of family.

Life

Dr.med. was a first practical physician in Diepenau (district Nienburg/Weser), 1807 became it Landphysikus GIF horn and in the same function after 1814 to with Braunschweig. 1824 it was "„ "“the to Lueneburg.

Starting from 1824 he was a physician and Stadtphysikus to Hanover and due to his earnings/services the royally hannoverschen secret Medizinalrat was later appointed.
