Euro news is a television station with seat in Lyon, which sends messages since 1 January 1993 with emphasis.

The transmitter radiates its program at the same time on English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and since 2001 also on Russian and is according to own data in approximately 160 million households to be received.

At euro news Eurovision and 19 national public transmitters, as for instance France Televisions, are Rai and TVE, however not pool of broadcasting corporations or Second Channel of German Television involved.

The transmitter strives for very neutral reporting in political, religious or national topics. There are no personal opinions of moderators and no visible newscasters. Often self-describing pictorial material without Begleitkommentar, under the title "“NO COMMENT"” is radiated.
