An example is contained a clearly arranged, long-term aim of an enterprise or an institution and, with which strategies these company targets are to be achieved. To that extent the enterprise example is the Ausformulierung of the Unternehmenskultur in view to following functions and contents:

  • Orientation function: Values, standards, regulations and paradigms
  • Integration function: We feeling - thus the Corporate Identity, communication style
  • Decision function: Rules for the crisis management, deciding match area
  • Coordination function: Coworker, high-level personnel, Mediation, public work

An example contains thereby all relevant statements to the culture desired (handling, occurrence, behaviour) in an enterprise or an institution. It places the connection of grown self understanding, to the business philosophy (society and people picture, standards and values) and the intended development, the quantitative and qualitative company targets.

Goals of the enterprise example

The behavior of all enterprise members is standardized and made examinable (Corporate Behaviour, style of leadership). Resistances in the process cycle due to non-uniform information politics and unsatisfactory communication are minimized. This requires and causes the engaged participation increasingly many enterprise members.

Problem of a too rigidly defined enterprise example

  • Uniformity of behavior (standardization)
  • Blockade of new orientation samples
  • Seduction for thinking in stereotyped ones
  • Danger of the productivity loss by lack of creativity
  • identification lacking with the rigid defaults of the enterprise
