The Exklusionsgrad and/or degree of the Exkludierbarkeit under private law indicates on markets, in what respect one can exclude (others) a Nachfrager under justifiable costs from the Konsumtion of the respective property. Synonymously also of (degrees) the excluding barness one speaks.
Example: If a dyke was only once established, nobody can be excluded behind it the living from the use of the protection against inundations, outgoing from the dyke. A case of the non--excluding barness and/or a Exklusionsgrad of zero is present.
Apart from the rivalry degree the Exklusionsgrad is an important variable for the organization of the goods area into subspaces.
