To optimize both tried working processes from workers to, by observing certain groups of workers. Taylor had assumed that to fathom by the observation of the best worker the optimal operational sequence. Gilbreth however examined the laziest worker, since this undertakes only the most necessary work procedures.
Ergonomics is divided into two ranges: the adjustment of the work to humans and the adjustment of humans to the work.
During the adjustment of the work on humans paid attention to the natural conditions of humans and accordingly the jobs will become, - expirations and - environment adapted and arranged.
During the adjustment of humans to the work it is guaranteed that humans the qualification requirements fairly will and its professional experience, abilities and talents into the work also can bring. Also it must be guaranteed that the worker is motivated.
