The Federal Budget order (BHO) is in Germany the Federal law, which regulates the execution of the budget fundamentals law. In the budget fundamentals law (HGrG) the list and execution of the Federal Budget plan and the Land budget plans are regulated.

The regulations of the budget fundamentals law are taken over for the federal range and out-arranged closer. Starting from this stage the budgetary law of the federation splits itself off that of the countries.

For the execution of the law the provisional administrative regulations are important for Federal Budget order. (Vorl. VV-BHO) Here the regulations of the BHO are described and specified.
