The Federal Law lawyer's fee order (BRAGO) is on 26 July 1957 as kind. VIII the law announced for the change of cost-legal regulations and been up to the entry into force of the attorney remuneration law (RVG) on 1 July 2004 the basic column of the right of the anwaltlichen fees.

The BRAGO regulated federally uniform the remuneration of the achievements of the attorneys. It replaced the regulation of charges for attorneys from 7 July 1879 and supplementing nationallegal regulations.
