The federal official law (BBG) regulates details to the official relationship on federal level:

• Appointment, careers, transfer and delegation, completion of the official relationship
• Obligations of the official (e.g. Office discretion, official residence/clothes)
• Right one of the official (e.g. Service/pension payments, travel/removal expenses)

The law contains besides regulations for Personalverwaltung and to the complaint way/legal protection.

Appropriate regulations exist for officials on regional level and/or in cities and municipalities. Legal framework for the official laws is the official right framework law.
