FlexFrame is a registered registered trade mark (TM) of the company Fujitsu Siemens of computer GmbH.

FlexFrame is the first development adaptive Computing of a solution in the surrounding field of SAP Systemlandschaften.Es developed as community project of network Appliance (NetApp), SAP and Fujitsu Siemens of computer. Control Nodes - two servers (as cluster) on basis environment adapted by SuSE SLES-8 with. NAS STORAGE - one or more Filer of NetApp are the central memory of the entire FlexFrame landscape. All data (operating systems, application software, data bases, log files) are stored here. Only the operating systems of the two control Nodes lie on their local plates and not on the NAS STORAGE.
