Fred Edward fiddler (* 13 July 1922 Vienna, Austria) is one of the prominent scientists in industrie and organization psychology of the last century. It is due to its research to human characteristics and personal characteristics of and to styles of leadership as well as relevant behavior admits become. 1967 it introduced the well-known Fiedler"ยด eventuality model.

Fiddler is world-wide well-known by its books, lectures and the management consultation. It received research grants and promises in its activity from numerous government agencies and private backers. It held research contacts at the university of Amsterdam from 1957 to 1958, at the university of Louvain in Belgium from 1963 to 1964 and in the Templeton University of, Oxford from 1986 to 1987. He worked as advisor for the agencies of the different and municipal administrations and private enterprises in the United States and outward.
Fiddler career lasts already more than fifty years. Even in the retirement it sets it away for humans to inspire for the research of guidance knowledge and related topics energize. It brought the eventuality theory to the guidance very early in its career into the scientific discussion and years spent to discuss it readily with its critics.
