The frequency relevance analysis for problems (FRAP) is in instrument of the quality management. It serves for the assortment of arising problem categories after its frequency and importance.
The frequency relevance analysis is suitable well for services, which are taken up by the customers frequently and over a longer period.
The results customer opinion poll are registered into a diagram. The problem relevance (small to high) and the problem frequency (rare to frequent) serve as axles of the coordinate system (see also Paretodiagramm).
FRAP (Fluorescence recovery after photo bleaching): a fluorescence coloring material is punctually bleached by strong lighting. The increase of fluorescence within the bleached range depends on the mobility of the coloring material. By means of FRAP can a whole set of parameters be determined apart from diffusion coefficients of molecules, which the molecule mobility to affect.
