Friedrich Julius rose brook (* 16 December 1842 in Grohnde; "† 6 December 1923 in Goettingen) was a German physician.

He became on 16 December 1842 as a son of the upper office judge Bernhard Rosenbach in Grohnde A.D. Weser born.
