George Hoyt Whipple (* 28 August 1878 in Ashland, New Hampshire, the USA; "† 1 February 1976 in smelling ester, New York, the USA) was an US-American pathologist.

Whipple supplied substantial work over Gallenfarbstoffe.

For its liver therapy against anemia received 1934 it, to George R. Minot and William P. Murphy the Nobelpreis for physiology or medicine.
