The grey market (English "“grey market"” or "“gray market"”) marks a river of goods over selling ways, which are not authorized by the manufacturer or producer. Differently than on the black market goods of the grey market are not illegal. They are sold outside of the normal channel of distribution by companies, which do not have relationship with the producer of the article.
