Gustave Bouchardat (* 4. June 1842 in Paris; "† 1918) were a French chemist and physician.

Bouchardat was a pupil of Marcellin Berthelot. Its spheres of activity were among other things natural substance chemistry and laboratory-medical investigations. By heating up Isopren with hydrochloric acid it manufactured 1880 for the first time synthetic rubber.
