Hans Pfundtner (* 15. July 1881 in Gumbinnen, "† 25. April 1945 in Berlin) be in third realm undersecretary of state.

The Pfundtner studied on the right of and national economy originating from an old official family, before it fought in the First World War. In the battle with fir mountain, which raged between 17 August and 2 September 1914, Pfundtner was heavily hurt. Nevertheless it could create it in the course of the war up to the captain.

After the war Pfundtner through-lived the typical stations of an official: Junior lawyer, Gerichtsassessor, government advice, secret government advice and speaking advice in the realm Ministry of Economic Affairs.

Between 1925 and 1933 Pfundtner worked as attorney and a notary, before he was considerably in elaboration and formulation of the law for the protection of the German blood and the German honour involved 1935. It concerned the of Rassengesetze, which diffarmierten each Jew of the realm.

On 23 September 1936 Pfundtner was appointed because of these "“achievements"” the president of the test commission for higher civil servants.

Pfundtner provided an extensive measure catalog for the dismantling of the pension payments to 1939 on Jews; only 1943, rumors mean, when it that the war was lost, withdrew it became clear from its post as an undersecretary of state. Its post remained vakant.

Hans Pfundtner committed briefly before the arrest by the allied Suizid.
