Life

Born in Homberg (Efze) - wood living with Hersfeld in the north of Hessen. Its father was a pharmacist. It visited the High School in Bensheim and made there for 1923 its Abitur. As a pupil it became member of the young-German medal.

It studied jurisprudence at the Universities of pouring and Munich, completed its junior lawyer exam in May 1927. Already in February 1928 it became member of the NSDAP. In different functions it was active for this party in south Hessen. Starting from 1930 it established itself as an independent lawyer in Lorsch (Hessen).

After the National Socialist seizure of power he was appointed in March 1933 the police director by Worms and afterwards the police director by pouring. From this time originated its solidarity with Werner Best, which won it for the SD.

In July 1934 its full-time career began with the SD. Fast it rose in the SD-principal office to the bureau chief III (defense) auf.1938 became it a boss of the "“group of employments Dresden"”, which made first experiences in the murder business in occupied Czechoslovakia. In August 1939 Heinz Jost of Heydrich the procurement of Polish uniforms was assigned. It for fumbled to assault on the transmitter Gleiwitz needed.

After 1945

In April 1945 it was arrested when guard putting (Saxonia-Anhalt). In the process of group of employments he was condemned 1948 to a lifelong imprisonment. Already 1951 was it however already again in liberty. He worked afterwards in Duesseldorf as Immobilienmakler.1964 died it in Bensheim on the crying race.
